Points will be awards as follows:
For a 2 item transaction you get 2 points
For a 3 item transaction you get 3 points
…and so on.
No POINTS are awarded for single item transactions.
30 points = $25 universal gift card
50 points = $50 universal Gift Card
60 points = $100 universal Gift Card
Opening Manager will update the board every morning.

What to do to sell more insoles?
1. Scan your customers
2. Bring at least 1 insole with the shoes
3. Mention the 20% OFF insoles promo
***This cash will be ADDITIONAL to our new commission***
- In order for your store to qualify for the $3/insole commission you must achieve LY's insole sales for the month
- If your store achieves a 10% increase month over month/year over year NBTO will pay $5 for every insole sold

002 - 26 units to qualify for $3 and 29 units to qualify for $5
003 - 28 and 31
005 - 24 and 26
006 - 9 and 10

What's the prize?
The RSA with the highest dollar value spent a single ticket will get to choose a mystery square (values are $5 - $15).
Prizing will accumulate and come at the end of the contest in the form of Universal gift cards that can be used in-store or on NB.ca!
Instructions for the board
Each associate is responsible to print its own biggest ticket of their shift and hand it to the closing manager. Each ticket should have the number of the mystery square that is potentially choosing.
At the end of the day, Closing Manager will select the highest between the staff of the day and write down the name of the winner in the mystery square that the associate previously chose
- Employee purchases will not qualify for this contest
- Managers should keep tickets on hand for validation at the end of the contest
