Store 000 will no longer be processing returns. The new guide (see attached) provides instructions on how to handle RTVs, SORs, and .ca/outlet returns moving forward.
A few highlights you should be aware of:
1. The defective process remains the mostly the same with the following two changes:
a. Defective NB footwear and apparel must be inspected by Sean or Scott.
b. All boxes containing defective footwear and apparel MUST be labeled with a sign that says, “DONATION” before they sent to St. Clair
2. You will now be required to request credit for special order returns. It’s a fairly straight forward process: request an RA, do a return voucher, send back to NB with a BoL.
3. You are also required to process .ca returns moving forward. This process is a bit trickier – please review the instructions and let me know if you have any questions.
Finally, the new guide does not contain any information on 3rd party defective returns or Drydock. Please continue to hold these for another week or two while I prepare an update.
